introducing: tfc

We celebrated Tate’s birthday last night with a family dinner and cupcakes from Kara’s Cupcakes in Palo Alto (the birthday boy LOVES the ganache in the chocolate velvet cupcakes as well as the word ‘ganache’). Tate’s only food request was his favorite chicken, aka ‘Tate’s Favorite Chicken (TFC)’. It is a two-ingredient roast chicken that is very easy to make (and yes, it can really look like the photo below… I took it myself!).
