sangria 2010: the flowers

I’m continuing to catch up the past few months with anyone who may still be out there (anyone out there??). We’re now up to May 1st, this year’s annual sangria-fest. So many details to share with you but I wanted to start with one of my favorites: the flowers. This year, the floral team at Emily Joubert Home & Garden (http://emilyjoubert.com/ ) went over the top designing the arrangements. I gave them a sneak peek at the menu and what showed up at my door the day of the party? SEVEN amazing containers brimming with flowers and fresh fruits! Can you see the darling clusters of mini grapes and fresh spearmint leaves? I was completely charmed by the creativity and extreme beauty of these bouquets.
