When I was a summer camp counselor back in Malibu (early 80’s), we used to sing a fun song with the campers:

“I’m alive, alert, awake, enthusiastic,

I’m alive, alert, awake, enthusiastic,

I’m awake, alert, alive,

I’m alive, alert, awake,

I’m alive, alert, awake, enthusiastic.”

With 3.5 days to go in the CLEAN cleanse, that’s how I feel. FANTASTIC in so many ways. I’ll do a full wrap-up report next week but just wanted to check in today to say:

“Here’s hoping you are ALIVE, ALERT, AWAKE, and ENTHUSIASTIC this beautiful January day!”
