coconut oil + dry brushing = ssssoft!
For the past few nights, I have stripped down and used a long-handled natural bristle brush to gently stimulate my lymphatic system (per Alejandro Junger). The recommended technique is light brush strokes toward the heart. Try to get all areas equally, then smooth on the coconut oil and relax for a bit (remember to buff with an old towel before putting your clothes back on).
I feel like a new person already and it’s only the 6th of January… stay tuned because tomorrow is officially DAY ONE of my three-week detox/cleanse.
