double-duty: panelist sign AND thank you gift

And you have a lemon-themed gift to say “thank you” for participating in our parent panel. The bag contains Meyer and Eureka lemons (from my garden and my friend, Tanya’s), a delicious lemon ‘Bundtlet’ from Nothing Bundt Cakes (officially my new favorite place for something sweet), and a handwritten thank you note. I have no budget left for any remaining parent education events this school year (having spent most of my $ on the “Conversations with Great Teachers” event in January), so I had to get creative in thanking my parent volunteers.
