This is why I love playing ice breaker games at our parties. You think you know someone really well (my Dad) and along comes a major revelation about him passing on Yale Medical School in favor of UCLA (and my Mom). This gem was revealed at our 2005 Valentine’s Party, by the way.
Does anyone want to share what they’ve done for love? I would love to hear it. Thanks for strolling down memory lane with me this week. Have a terrific weekend!
P.S. If you want to check out my suggestive (and deliberately mangled French) menu, please go to http://dirtandsunshine.com/assetlibrary/parties/2005_Valentine-menu.pdf (the explanation of the food items may be found here: http://dirtandsunshine.com/assetlibrary/parties/2005_Valentine-menu_trans.pdf )

In college Zach once flew cross-country to see an old flame from when he’d studied abroad, to see if there was still a spark. There wasn’t, but he got closure on that relationship… leaving him open to then later decide that I was the one he’s meant to be with. ; )
He got lucky landing you, Marcy!! I love your new Twitter profile photo, by the way. Your hair looks especially cute!
