Isn’t this the most unexpected bit of good fortune? Unbeknownst to me, my husband planted hyacinth bulbs all around our garden, including inside this rosemary pot. It’s just outside our back door and illustrates the promise that spring will arrive at some point (!). With the heavy storms we’ve had the past few days, you’d never know, you know?

Today, however, I’m thinking only positive thoughts about the weather since Cherry Chase’s Walk-A-Thon is this afternoon. I’m offering olallieberry picking and homemade ice cream making at the silent auction along with copies of my book, ‘dirt&sunshine’ and one of Emma’s amazing Snap Stories (My Baby Face).
